ROCK ISLAND, IL – June 18, 2026 – Mediacom’s local programming channel, MC22, will produce live coverage of the Veterans Cup Classic on Wednesday, June 24 at 5:30 pm from the Historic Douglas Park in Rock Island, IL, between Rock Island Post 200 and Moline Post 246.
The Veterans Cup Classic is a rivalry baseball game between the Moline and Rock Island American Legion teams, organized by the Friends of Douglas Park. The Friends of Douglas Park is a non-profit organization that strives to rejuvenate, repurpose, and maintain the vitality of Douglas Park in Rock Island as a local, state, and national Historical Legacy and Destination.
MC22 will provide pre-game coverage at 5:00 pm and the first pitch at 5:30 pm. Mediacom subscribers can watch the live stream online at IL HSB: Veteran’s Cup Classic – Mediacom MC22. Mediacom video subscribers can view the live coverage on television on MC22 CH. 22, 722, or 822. Replays of the game will be televised on MC22 throughout June.
